Privacy Policy

Account information includes the adult user’s name, email address, password hash, referral code, and subscription status. Child profile information includes a first name, age, approximate starting point, preferred lesson time, lesson progress, accuracy choices, streaks, and teaching notes.

Stripe processes payment card and billing information. Morrow receives customer, subscription, and payment status identifiers from Stripe but does not store full card numbers.

Our hosting and security providers may process device, browser, IP address, request, and error information needed to deliver and protect the service.

We use information to create accounts, deliver the correct lesson, save progress, unlock stories, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and understand whether the service is working.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use child profile information for targeted advertising.

Morrow is purchased and controlled by an adult. A child does not create an account or provide contact information. The adult supplies limited child profile information so Morrow can deliver and track lessons.

A parent or legal guardian may ask to review, correct, export, or delete a child profile. Deleting a child profile removes its lesson history and milestones from active systems, subject to limited backup and legal retention periods.

Morrow uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep an adult signed in. We may use limited first-party measurement needed to understand signup and lesson completion. We do not allow third-party behavioral advertising in the child lesson experience.

We share only the information needed for providers to perform contracted work. Current categories include hosting, database, payment, email delivery, security, and error monitoring providers. They may use the data only to provide those services or comply with law.

We retain account and learning data while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recovery, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling. We use encrypted transport, password hashing, restricted secrets, signed sessions, and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.

You may update family profiles in the service and manage subscription billing through Stripe. You may request account access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us from the account email address.
