Morrow Reading
Terms of Service
Last updated September 1, 2026
These Terms govern access to Morrow Reading, a parent-led early literacy service operated by Adore LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Family accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract to create an account. A family account may include up to five child profiles. Children do not create accounts or submit personal information directly.
You are responsible for accurate account information, a secure password, and all activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
2. Educational service
Morrow provides scripted lessons, phonics practice, stories, progress records, and teaching guidance. A parent or other responsible adult delivers the lesson. Morrow does not replace a licensed teacher, reading specialist, medical provider, or evaluation required by a school.
Children learn at different rates. We do not promise a particular reading level or result by a particular date.
3. Free access and paid plans
The first ten lessons are available without a payment card. Continued access requires a monthly or yearly plan. Current prices appear before checkout and in your Stripe checkout page.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through Account and Manage billing. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period. If a referred family receives a trial, the checkout page shows the trial length and first charge date before confirmation.
4. Refunds
You may request a refund of your first subscription payment within 30 days of that charge. Later renewal charges are nonrefundable except where law requires otherwise. Send the request from the email address on your account.
5. Acceptable use
Use Morrow only for lawful family or educational purposes. Do not interfere with the service, probe security, automate abusive requests, resell access, share an account outside your household, or copy and publish the curriculum as a competing product.
6. Our materials
Morrow software, lesson scripts, stories, artwork, design, and brand materials belong to Adore LLC or its licensors. Your subscription gives your household a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use the service.
7. Service changes
We may improve, replace, or remove features while preserving access to the core paid service. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, payment failure, or a material breach of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent law permits, Adore LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim related to Morrow will not exceed the amount you paid during the 12 months before the claim.
